Lee From Cassidy To JLL
Daniel and Victor aren't the only CRE vets jumping to other firms. Gary Lee has left Cassidy Turley to join JLL's Atlanta capital markets division. (There's more movement than the MLB off-season. Can firms make trades?) Gary has more than 20 years of CRE experience and has handled more than $1B in assignments throughout the Southeast in his career. JLL's Paul Johnson says the firm tapped Gary because of investor interest in Atlanta's CRE market, particularly for international clients. "The Atlanta market is consistently on investors' lists of target markets," he says.
