MADNESS
Even if you can't tell March Madness from Dengue Fever, you should appreciate NCAA Basketball. It's the only thing less predictable than real estate.

MADNESS

March Madness Mania at STATS sports bar downtown (hosted by Seyfarth Shaw?s Real Estate Group, Republic Commercial Title and Terracon) produced talk of stunning upsets—and upsetting cap rates—Friday. We snapped Prudential?s Matt Bertram  flanked by Regent Partners' Keith Mack  and Pieper O?Brien Herr?s Sarah Yates. Keith created the popular Circle of Trust networking event, and the next one is Thursday at Cantina at Terminus. Matt might still be in mourning after his Badgers fell to those Ivy Leaguers from Cornell.

MADNESS

Seyfarth?s Paul Mattingly, Jones Lang's Christie Hawver, and Prudential?s Richard Pulido,  a UCLA grad who apologized for the Pac-10?s lack of tourney teams. Paul?s mood was boosted by the Kentucky Wildcats? No. 1 seed. (He earned two degrees from UK—with high distinction, mind you.) He tells us he's excited about Seyfarth?s new Atlanta home; on April 23, he'll move his Atlanta team to Daniel and Selig?s 1075 Peachtree tower, now that a few telecom glitches have been resolved.
