| Stevens & Wilkinson?s principals Don Campbell and Bill Clark were on hand last week along with Manhattan Construction's Bart Plunkett for Manhattan?s ?Pardon The Progress? barbecue lunch right where the old GDOT building used to be. Now it's being transformed into a vertical parking deck. Fitting, right? The only thing more poetic would be if the Department of Revenue were turned into a vacuum supply store. |
