Reznick Group managing partner Wes Hudson tells us that with the delivery of 12th & Midtown's 753k SF 1075 Peachtree tower earlier this year, Midtown vacancies are the second highest of all Atlanta submarkets. (We snapped this of Wes this morning in DC, where he has internal meetings.) But, he also tells us there's a silver lining. ?Midtown still is a fantastic submarket. It's very walkable and is loaded with a mixture of amenities from a diverse range of restaurants, MARTA access, and Piedmont Park.? He also says those are some of the reasons Reznick Group has Midtown on the list of possible relocation sites for its space, in addition to Buckhead or staying put at its current Perimeter Summit location.
