| Here?s the very cool entrance to John Portman-designed Riverwood 100, currently celebrating LEED cert as it comes of age. The 23-story Class A tower was originally built in 1989 and is home to Bank of America, Prudential Financial , and Shuler Properties. It's another piece of positive news for the vacancy-battered-yet-on-the-rise Northwest submarket. Now if Seven Oaks and GE Asset Management can just find principal tenants for that planned Riverwood mixed-use development… |
