| Here's another Atlanta-Houston connection. We got word that CBRE's Robert Kadoori here in Atlanta just helped arrange more than $20M in permanent financing for Carrington at Green Trails, a 300-unit apartment complex in Houston. (If these two cities keep fooling around they might have to think about moving in together.) The owner is a JV between The Praedium Group and Carroll Organization, and the loan provided by Met Life. |
