| Whitney Bank of New Orleans is shopping $63 million of non-performing loans on real estate in the Southeast, including the 143-room Holiday Inn Express in Smyrna, above. There also are other hotels, office buildings, industrial space, land, and residential properties. The properties—in Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas — are being marketed through an auction, overseen by Carlton Advisory Services of New York. |
