Two properties just traded in Atlanta. Venterra Realty purchased Tuscany at Lindbergh, a 324-unit, Class-A Buckhead apartment complex for an undisclosed sum. And PointOne Holdings purchased Lakefront Vista Apartments, a 222-unit complex in Marietta, for $10.9M. The company will invest $700k in interior and property improvements. This may be evidence of what Jamestown Properties'Matt Bronfman said yesterday on our Future of Midtown event panel about capital chasing product in Atlanta. A year ago, investors had a "red line" on the city; today, he says he's hearing less criticism of Atlanta. In his opinion, it's one of the brightest spots in the Southeast.
