Speaking of Cox Communications, we also verified with the company that its auto-auction subsidiary Manheim will be consolidated into an unspecified portion of 9000 Central Park, the 205K SF tower on Peachtree Dunwoody Road that Cox bought earlier this year from Ackerman & Co., says Cox spokesperson Elizabeth Olmstead. At the time of the purchase, the company was mum on what its plans were for the Class A facility, especially in light of Cox?s plans to develop a corporate campus next to the property. Manheim occupies space in various buildings, including Cox?s 510K SF HQ at 6205 Peachtree Dunwoody. |
