NYSE Owner Eyes Pavilion
Sources say Intercontinental Exchange is in active negotiations to lease the entirety of Pavilion,a 128k SF office building off Powers Ferry Road owned by ING. (Good fences make good neighbors, but leasing an entire building gets rid of them entirely.)
We reported this past January that Pavilion was a hot contender for the much-watched commodities trading company, which is acquiring NYSE Euronext.But since that story, othersvied for the deal--fromthe Piazza at Paces to Overton Park toa renewal or outright purchase of its existing building at 2100 Riveredge Pkwy. CBRE is repping ICE, but officials did not return calls seeking comment. JLLs Kay Younglove and Glenn Aspinwall, tapped last year by ING to lease the Pavilion, also could not be reached as of press time.
