Nelson Sexton Says

Atlanta

We grabbed some joe with Hodges & Hicks' newest commercial real estate vet, Nelson Sexton. Nelson joined after 20 years at JE Dunn Construction (formerly RJ Griffin). "It reminds me of RJ Griffin 20 years ago," Nelson says of his new "tight-knit" employer. The company just finished the renovations at Capital City Club and is about to embark on construction management for the Holy Innocents Episcopal School, for a new $14M dining and lab facility. "As the economy picked up, we're seeing capital campaign planning in progress for private schools, so projects are in the works now after a sort of lull," Nelson says. (Good for business. Bad for catching up on Netflix queues.)
