| Food maker Ole Mexican Foods has purchased 6485 Crescent Drive Drive from Weingarten Realty for more than $9M. The company plans to expand their operations from down the street into the 300k-plus SF facility. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Peter Everett and Dave Watson (pictured) repped Weingarten, and CBRE's Bayne Porter repped Ole, though neither replied for comment by press time. | ||
