| We also visited Joel & Granot Commercial Real Estate this morning, where we snapped George Edwards and Eric Carlton atop the firm's HQ. The pair joined Joel & Granot last week. George, who brings more than 30 years experience in leasing and industrial and office sales, previously worked at Grubb & Ellis, where he marketed more than 750K SF of office and industrial and repped about 25 clients. Nice to see the seven-month-old firm growing quickly. |
