| We chatted with Summey Orr, new head of Hartman Simons afterBob Simons ceded the job to him in the past few weeks. Bob is going back to doing what he does best—being a lawyer. Summey tells us it was a transition long in the making: the Great Recessionjust kept him at the helm. Summey says he will keep pushing Hartman Simons as a full-service real estate law firm. Most recently, attorneys there closed the sale of apartment communities Gwinnett Station and Concorde Village in Peachtree City to QR Capital as well as the huge Seefried Industrial portfolio sale to Duke Realty. |
