| The Country Club of the South has a new owner: Dallas-based ClubCorp, which says it plans a major renovation of the course and facilities. |

| The Country Club is in Johns Creek and features a 7k-yard, 18-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course. The club went into foreclosure last year and was purchased by the Bank of North Georgia at auction. The 700-plus homes (mansions, in many cases) in the development were not included in the sale to ClubCorp, or in last year?s foreclosure. |
