Oakhurst's Big Fairburn Bet
Porsches HQ and the newly announced Pinewood Studio on the southside are two of the reasons whyOakhurst Realty Partners is making a big bet on more than 80 acres in Fairburn. Oakhursts Fisher Paty (celebrating six years with his partner Bart Lester, right)purchased 82.5 acres along Highway 74/Senoia Road to eventually create Coventry, a mixed-use development that will include retail, apartments, hotel, and green space. Oakhurst bought the property as an REO from AloStar Bank in Alabama. NAI Brannen Goddards Ernie Williams and Stan Williams brokered. In turn, Fisher says Oakhurst will master plan the property and flip parcels to other developers or JV with partners to finish the site. It's already in talks to have a developer build a 250-unit apartment complex.
