Congrats to Transwestern's Kristie Abney and Josh Baine for winning the leasing assignment for the Pavilion at Lake Hearn, a two-building 241k SF medical complex within walking distance of the hospitals at Pill Hill. Built in the early '80s and owned by Bentley Investments since '94, the property got a $6.5M interior renovation last year (lobbies, elevator landings, hallways, and restrooms, and upgrades to building systems and security).
