The duo are marketing the 79k SF Class-A shopping center in Alpharetta, anchored by HHGregg and Office Depot. Mark tells us the owners are entertaining offers. The adjacent property, The Plaza at Windward I, is being marketed by The Shopping Center Group. We'll keep you posted on both of these potential sales. | ||
