POWER ALLEY
October 24, 2011
This map you see above is Atlanta's ?Power Alley.? (Which should be the name of a bowling alley for workout fanatics.) That's the studied assessment by Reznick Group's Jonathan Bartlett, who says it's this area—roughly downtown to the Perimeter and east to Clairmont and west to Northside Drive—that has the highest concentration of young, highly educated residents that's defining metro Atlanta at large. And it's also an area where multifamilydevelopers are looking for new projects. ?There are twice as manyrestaurants and bars per capita," Johnathan tells us. "That tells you where the urban energy is in Atlanta.? And also where there are young people with money to burn. |
