PUBLIX CENTER SELLS
August 4, 2010
A Publix-anchored shopping center on Buford Highway in Atlanta sold for $8.3M. Seller L&B Realty Advisors was repped by the Atlanta office of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler. Forge Capital Partners bought the 95K SF Duluth Station, which is 79% leased, with tenants including Great Clips, H&R Block, Kauffman Tire, Kumon Learning, State Farm, and Subway. HFF director Jim Hamilton says the property is situated in one of the most affluent suburban locations in the Atlanta MSA and offers the new owner significant upside opportunity in leasing the remaining vacant suites. |
