PURCHASING POWER ON POINT
October 13, 2010
Try saying this three times fast: Purchasing Power Picks Pershing Point Plaza. Atlanta-based Purchasing Power has inked a deal to move its 37K SF HQ from the Virginia Highlands area to Pershing Point Plaza, consolidating and growing from two separate buildings, Pylant Street and Midtown Heights, which totaled 24K SF. Purchasing Power is an employee benefits-based retail service that offers customers a way to buy products via payroll deduction. While that might be a mouthful, the concept isn't: The company grew revenue 42% to $107M last year and is on track to generate $135M this year. Ed Bosbyshell of Ed Bosbyshell & Associates represented the tenant and Barbara Jeanneret of JLL brokered for the landlord. |
