Atlanta-based RCG Ventures has purchased Shannon Square, a 100K SF retail strip center in Union City for an undisclosed sum. The center is across from Wal-Mart and is home to Farmers Home Furniture, Citi Trends, and Dollar Tree. And thanks to the many street gangs who are now tagging the terrain not with symbols but easy to read building identifiers. |
