We snapped broker Gene Kansas outside his offices at Peachtree Pointe in midtown, where he found a tree to hold. Perhaps he was feeling so loving because he just closed a deal at 542 Church St., less than a block from Decatur?s well-known square. He repped Pope & Land in the $1.05M sale to a group that trains ministers. The two-story, 15K SF building on a half-acre had been vacant, and the property will be resurrected. A church business on Church—naturally. |
