| We met Innovative Concept Associates founder Steven Graul (who could double as Lost's Terry O'Quinn) here with Franklin Street's Brian Bern. Steven reps Dick's Last Resort (it's hard to describe, just visit its site). The restaurant, with 12 locations across the country, is eyeing Atlanta, one market among 35 that may get a Dick's. ?We look for markets and venues in the market… geared toward tourism and the convention business,?
