SALE BLINDED US WITH SCIENCE!
November 28, 2012
This is the end of learning how osmosis can infuse flavorful brine into a turkey for better tasting meat. And we can blame Bull Realty's Daniel Latshaw. Daniel helped celeb chef Alton Brown sell his famous Georgia Tech-area office and kitchen studio (where he filmed the late Food Network show Good Eats) to a tech company. Reliant Technologies purchased the 17k SF space at 1371 Southland Circle for $1.6M to house its HQ, Daniel tells us. When the popular series ended after 14 seasons, Alton moved on to other programs, mostly filmed outside Georgia. Raulet Properties' Paul Raulet represented Reliant. Daniel helped Alton purchase the building in 2004. |
