| The planned Toyoko Inn of Japan—a low-fare hotel Downtown— appears dead. Toyoko Inn wants to sell the land and ?go elsewhere,? according to CBRE's' Josh Finley, who's been tapped by the hotel tosell its .31-acre tract at 90 Forsyth St. ?We're in the process of getting marketing material approved.? He says the company is listing the site for $1.35M, a far cry from the nearly $4M it paid Selig Enterprises for the site in 2008.
