SCIENTIFIC ATTRACTION FOR COBB
June 7, 2010
We snapped Eola Capital's Parkwood Point after announcing that GE Digital Energy would locate its HQ in the nine-story building in Cobb County. Even better, GE Digital Energy is working on a $15M Smart Grid Center of Excellence scheduled to open there in October. Some folks are giddy about all the techie stuff that?ll happen in the space. To accommodate those enthusiasts, GE will dedicate 10K SF on the ground floor to a so-called customer experience showcase, according to the AJC. With something for novices and scientists, the center will have video demos and interactive displays to help explain what the smart grid is—and why it's the future. |
