SEC DECISION LOOMING
November 1, 2010
The Securities and Exchange Commission is nearing a decision on a possible home for its Atlanta office. And it could very well finish filling one of Buckhead's tony new office towers. |
We got a few honks at us for pulling over to grab this shot of Terminus 200; sources tell us a best and final request was sent to owners of a select group of buildings in Buckhead, including this Cousins Properties tower and Tishman Speyer for Two Alliance Center. The SEC currently uses 60K SF at One Live Oak Center in Buckhead. CBRE in DC is leading the charge on the lease with the help of John Dolan in the local office. John declined to comment for the story. This is one of those deals that has been shrouded in secrecy since it was first announced earlier this year. |
