SELLING A TROPHY

SELLING A TROPHY
One of Buckhead's newest skyscrapers is on the block. And it could fetch record pricing, if recent deals in other cities hold true.

SELLING A TROPHY
Regent Partners is selling its 3344 Peachtree  office tower and testing a market that many say is extremely favorable to core assets. Regent Partners' chairman David Allman confirmed the company has tapped JLL (Chris Marshall  specifically) to market the 483K SF of office space. The 50-story mixed-use tower (with The Sovereign condos on top) quietly entered the market a month ago, sources tell Bisnow. This comes about a month after Regent refinanced the tower. With  record office pricing being achieved in other big cities like NY and DC, Regent is bringing its 95% leased asset out at an interesting time, with some speculating it could possibly top the sale price achieved by Cousins' sale of Pinnacle in 2004, which traded for $145M, or a record-breaking $343/SF.
