| Loan volume going into special servicing spiked noticeably last month, according to Trepp data. But CBRE's Jay O'Meara says that probably is not indicative of anything more than the fact that special servicers will continue to be busy in the months ahead. ?It'sconsistently consistent,? Jay tells us. (Would that be an anti-oxymoron?) As servicers continue to work through bad debt, Jay says he expects a steady rate of commercial buildings heading to special servicing throughout metro Atlanta for the next several years. |
