Richard Bowers & Co's Bill Johnson and his team have been tapped by owners the old Scovile Hotel at 223 Mitchell St to sell the 26,500 SF building. The Teilhaber family, which own the shoe store that currently operates there, is asking $1.2M for the property. While the hotel has been shuttered for eight years, Bill tells us he will be marketing the property to intown housing developers and boutique hotel owners. | ||
