SUNTRUST TO CAMPANILE; THE DEAL SHEET
August 23, 2011
We are not all a lost generation: The sun also rises . . . on the Campanile Building. |
SunTrust is moving its consumer banking operations with a 95k SF lease at Dewberry Capital's The Campanile Building in Midtown, bringing the tower to 50% leased. We were first to report that Dewberry was in talks with the banking giant for a move. SunTrust is being forced to move out of 25 Park Place, a 26-story office building that it sold to Georgia State University in 2006 for $52M. GSU leased it back to SunTrust for six years at the time. Carter's Kirk Diamond and SunTrust?s Doug Sinclair repped SunTrust Bank; Dewberry's Ridr Knowlton negotiated for the landlord. |
