State Farm Out For More

State Farm is back out in the Central Perimeter market for even more space. And this time, its options are fewer. As Central Perimeter tightens, the company has fewer prospects to house its current RFP, a need for up to 200k SF (being led by CBRE's dynamic duo, John Shlesinger and Sam Holmes). Company spokesman Justin Tomczak confirmed with us that State Farm was in the market for more space. The additional space comes on the heels of the company's June lease at 64 and 66 Perimeter Center East, when it inked a deal for 400k SF. Sources say one of the prospects for State Farm may be Hammond Exchange, which has 180k SF available.
