Are these guys prescient or lucky? Sterling's principals John Graham, John W. Miller and Doug Rieder took a snap in front of 2500 Cumberland on their move-in day. The firm inked a deal recently for 25k SF at the Cumberland/Galleria tower. And in good time because the building is barely two miles from the future Cobb County Braves stadium. "Finding out our new offices are going to be walking distance...is the best kind of surprise. It'll be a great recruiting and employee-retention tool, and it'll be a perfect client entertainment option," Doug says. Rich Real Estate's Kirk Rich and Parkside Partners' Kyle Jenks brokered for the landlord, Granite Properties, while Cassidy Turley's Glenn Kolker and Sonia Winfield brokered for the firm.
