GXS inked a 54k SF renewal at Parkway 400 in Atlanta for 130 months. Grubb & Ellis' Sam Zelony represented the asset manager of the 193k SF Parkway 400, Daymark Realty Advisors. Studley's Josh Hirsh and Andy Lechter represented GSX. Daymark has leased 50k SF of new leases and 77k SF of renewals since March at the two-building complex in Alpharetta. | |
