Here's a little more info on that TeamStaff HQ at the 1776 building. The company moved its HQ from New Jersey, surrendering its lease there at ?no charge? for the new lease at 1776 ?at a lower initial cost per square foot,? according to SEC documents. Good deal, we'd say. | |

Parks IP Law inked a six-year deal for 6,000 SF at 730 Midtown on Peachtree Street. Ackerman & Co's Chitra Subbarayan represented the law firm, while Lincoln Property's Leigh Braswell represented the landlord, Colony Realty Partners. The deal means Parks IP will move from Central Perimeter, where it currently is housed in 1117 Perimeter Center West. | |
