The restaurant renewed its more than 5,000 SF lease at SunTrust Plaza with Portman Management's Brian Hogg and Krunali Parekh handling the negotiations. | |

Germania Property Investors sold its Alpharetta Commons to AmREIT for an undisclosed sum. Alpharetta Commons is a 94,500 SF shopping center on State Bridge Road and is anchored by Publix and Taco Mac. CB Richard Ellis' Chris Decoufle brokered the sale for Germania while CBRE's Van Wehr arranged the financing. | |

Marcus & Millichap's VP Sonny Molloy in Atlanta helped market and sell Sunset Lake Commons, an 80k SF shopping center anchored by Harris Teeter in Raleigh for $12.8M, or $145/SF. The Rosen Group was the buyer. | |
