Miami-based Steelbridge Capital is under contract to buy 1200 Ashwood in Central Perimeter (pictured here), sources tell us. CB Richard Ellis' Will Yowell and his team have the listing on the more than 188k SF building for LNR, which foreclosed on it last year from Calif.-based Griffin Capital for $5.5M. Will didn't return messages seeking comment, and a spokesperson for Steelbridge also declined to comment. As much as we'd love to know (so we could tell you) we don't have the potential purchase price. One source familiar with the transaction says the deal could close by October. | ||||||||||
