Once Blackstone officially buys that huge chunk of Duke Realty space in Atlanta, Lincoln Property Co and Jones Lang LaSalle are going to be benefiting. | ||
That's because both firms will be getting the leasing andmanagement contract for its 3.3M SF Atlanta portfolio. Lincoln will manage all 3.3M SF, while leasing 1.9M SF of space, including Northwinds. JLL will lease the 1.4M SF of former Duke space mainly centered in Gwinnett County. Duke is selling 10M SF of suburban office buildings in Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas for $1B. The sale is expected to close Friday. | ||

MELT, an Atlanta-based marketing firm, has leased 7,200 SF at 3630 Peachtree, the Duke Realty and Pope & Land Enterprises JV in Buckhead. The firm will be relocating from Tower Place 100. Hailey Realty's Howard Boyd represented MELT while Duke's Kerry Armstrong, and Pope & Land's Jackie Gauthreaux and Jennifer Koontz represented the landlord. | ||

Atlanta-based Cortland Partners jumped north for its latestapartment acquisition. The firm spent $18.2M to buy Cameron at Hickory Grove and Delta Crossing, two garden-style apartmentcommunities, in Charlotte. Combined, the properties have 380 unitsand were purchased from GE Capital. | ||

Atlanta-based Hunter Realty has helped sell Hotel Indigo in downtown Nashville to a private investment group for $14.4M. Hunter's president Teague Hunter and EVP Brown Kessler brokered the deal. | ||

Jamestown Properties and Green Street Properties have released a little more about their plans for Ponce City Market. The developers have filed plans with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, revealing that the project will include 204 residential units, 160 hotel rooms, 245,500 SF in retail, nearly 21k SF in restaurantspace, and 348k SF of office. | ||

Fresh from the loss of Clark Gore, who jumped over to lead Cassidy Turley's office in Atlanta, JLL has named Mike Sivewright as its market director for its Atlanta office. Mike has been JLL's global alliance director, handling Bank of America's 50M SF portfolionationwide. He also has previous Atlanta experience, handling theproject development oversight for Technology Square, the 1.2M SFmixed-use project in Midtown. | ||
