Numerex Corp inked a 37k SF, 10-year deal for its HQ at 100 City View. Benchmark Commercial's Kevin Mitchell brokered for the tenant and Pope & Land Enterprises' Jackie Gauthreaux and Jennifer Koontz for the landlord, Granite Properites. Jackie and Jennifer also repped the landlord in Assima USA's nearly 3,000 SF lease for its North American HQ at 100 City View for five years. Commercial Property Profesionals' Tom Kubis repped the tenant. | ||
