THE DEAL SHEET
May 2, 2012
Gwinnett County may soon be celebrating a big economic development win.
Sources tell us that United Healthcare is looking to establish a new call center for 86K SF somewhere near Gwinnett Place Mall. The healthcare provider, with 1.4M Georgia customers, already operates an office out of Peachtree Corners (seen above), but this would be a new requirement for the company. And the deal would bring all new jobs to that part of the county. Jones Lang LaSalle is handling the assignment, but officials from the brokerage firm were unavailable for comment. A UHC spokesperson only states that ?I will be happy to call you when we have signed contracts to announce any Georgia real estate.?
