THE DEAL SHEET
September 25, 2012
When you meet a couple of prolific industrial brokers for beers, you learn about quite a few of their bread-and-butter deals.
We met with NAI Brannen Goddard's Nathan Anderson and Darren Butler last week at Roswell?s Taco Mac. They've inked more than 100k SF in recent industrial deals, including Formetco and AeroMed, both taking 40k SF at 3270 Summit Ridge Pkwy in Duluth. Nathan and Darren were tapped by Dallas-based Cobalt Capital Partners to handle a portion of the firm's Atlanta industrial portfolio. Other deals include a 30k SF lease for Direct Technologies at 3100 Shawnee Industrial Way and a 16k SF lease for Label Technologies at 1125 Satellite Blvd. ?It's been pent-up activity mainly,? Nathan says.
