What do telecommunications, tires, floors, pet food, and a 1980s experimental rock band all have in common? They're all types of tenants that leased space among Clarion Partners' Atlanta portfolio in recent weeks. (One of the tenants is named Toto, so we're assuming it's the band.) | ||

Who knew an office broker's job was so hazardous? We found that out yesterday during a random building tour in Peachtree Corners. While exploring the tenant roster at The Day Building on Peachtree Corners Circle, your intrepid Bisnow reporter got caught up in a bomb scare. We hung around while Gwinnett County police used a robot to remove a "suspicious package"—brown bookbag—from the rear of a white van. Police later determined "nothing suspicious" was in the bag (unless you count a nearly empty Gatorade bottle). Send your news to Jarred@Bisnow.com. |
