ADT Security Services secured a 58k SF lease in East Point for a new location. The company inked the deal at the 213k SF 4800 North Commerce Dr in the Camp Creek Business Center and will move in by the beginning of next year. CBRE's Brett White brokered for ADT and Duke Realty's Wes Hardy backed the landlord. The location will include 6,700 SF of offices. | ||

The Goddard School inked 8k SF at 1080 Spring St in Atlanta (at the corner of 12th and Spring streets) for a new school. Ackerman & Co's Shea Meddin and Ted Schwartz represented the school while Selig Enterprises' Jim Saine brokered for the landlord. | ||

The plant will produce automotive components for such makers as Daimler AG and Volkswagen, creating 220 jobs. | ||
