| The nickname was born during a past downturn when the landlord stuck a blow-up gorilla on the roof to generate buzz. Now, in another bad economy, Ackerman & Co. is trotting the ape back out at Powers Pointe (that's the property's drier given name), a 122K SF five-story edifice at 5665 New Northside Drive. For those who get the inside joke, the blue-eyed plastic primate wears a badge that proclaims: ?I'm Back.? For potential tenants, there's also a sign offering free space. |
