THE WIZ DELIVERS
November 7, 2012
On Halloween, Burr & Forman managing partner Erich Durlacher dressed up as The Wizard of Oz. 'Twas foreshadowing, as he brought some good fortune with news that his firm will renew and expand to 49k SF in the iconic Wells Fargo tower at Atlantic Station. ?We needed room for growth, not only for immediate needs… but to accommodate and anticipate growth over the next 10 years." The law firm keeps the 11th floor, and now takes all of the 10th floor as well. And Erich says it has first right to lease the 12th floor, resolving an issue of how to expand at the tower going forward. ?I hope to be looking at that in maybe the next five years,? he says. Cushman & Wakefield's Andy Ghertner, John O'Neill and Peyton Wimberly represented Burr & Forman. Cassidy Turley's Glenn Kolker and Sonia Winfield brokered for the landlord. |
