| Here?s Connie Engel of Childress Klein Properties, mid-tweet, part of a new social media strategy she announced this week for Atlanta Galleria Office Park. The office park, which includes six buildings situated at I-285 and I-75 just northwest of the city, now has its own blog, Facebook page, and Twitter account. ?We really want a two-way conversation,? Connie tells us. Other real estate types are also getting into social media. Carter has a blog, Facebook, and Twitter. Cushman & Wakefield's Ken Ashley and Colliers? Patrick Braswell are both bloggers. Ken tells us, ?Everyone asks me what the ROI is. Blogging is simply a communication tool that can form the foundation for healthy business relationships that might ultimately lead to assignments and real estate transactions.?
