| We just got word that Highwoods Properties (which has been actively pursuing a noteworthy office stake in Buckhead) is betrothed to Two Alliance Center, the much-watched Buckhead trophy tower that owner Tishman Speyer put up for sale in March. | ||

| No word on definitive pricing for the 500k SF tower (listed with Eastdil Secured), but Tishman Speyer has been hoping for near-record Atlanta office pricing in the mid-$300/SF range. Officials with Highwoods declined to comment ?on rumor,? according to an email response (aka, we're still waiting for the official wedding invite). | ||
