Franklin Street Real Estate Services Mac McCall and Bryan Belk helped Frontera Mex-Mex Grill sale-lease back three Atlanta locations, including in Stockbridge, Marietta and two in Norcross to an unnamed investment company. Frontera is using the proceeds to help finance further expansion and pay down debt.

Loudermilk Bell purchased the Buckhead Village landmark Pearsons Wine and Liquor Store, the 16k SF retail store at 3072 Early St that was foreclosed by BB&T last year. The price was undisclosed.
DEVELOPMENT
Carter has been tapped as development advisor for the Development Authority of Clayton County and the Clayton County Office of Economic Development to move forward with University Station town Center, a proposed $100M project near Clayton State U that will involve up to 150k SF of retail; a 100-bed hotel; 50k SF in offices; 20k SF in seniors living, along with a 60k SF movie soundstage thats already operational.

Fresh from buying Prominence in Buckhead, Croker Partners has released plans with theGeorgia Department of Community Affairs to develop two apartment towers encompassing more than 700 units in Buckhead. Crocker purchased Prominence, a 443k SF office tower that included a pad site for what was originally slated as another office tower. Crocker states in filings that the tower will deliver in 2017.

Transwesterns Jeff Taylor, Kari Downing, and Caroline Worth has grabbed the leasing and management assignment for Shadowood Office Park, a three-building,200k SF office campus off Powers Ferry Road in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket for new owners The Ardent Cos.
