Microsemi renewed 5,600 SF and Outbrain inked 3,800 SF at 730 Midtown in Atlanta. Lincoln property Cos Leigh Braswell and Sabrina Altenbach(she's above, withTony Bartlett and Denton Shamburger) brokered for the landlord, Colony Realty Partners.
AT&T Services Inc has phoned in a 42,300 SF lease at 900 North Point Parkway in Alpharetta. JLL s Mike Morrone and Chris Wagner represented the tenant while Lincoln Propertys Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell repped the landlord.

SunGuard iWorks signed a lease for 11k SF at 400 Northwinds Center in Alpharetta Newmark Grubb Knight Franks Jeff Mack and Kirk Adams brokered the deal for SunGuard, while Lincolns Hunter Henritze and Michael Howell brokered for the landlord.
Plum Creek Timbe Co has leased 11,400 SF at Five Concourse Parkway forits HQ. Cresa Atlantas Billy Hobbs (here emceeing our recent Central Perimeter event)and Jason Jones brokered the deal for the tenant, who is moving from Concourse One.
SALES
Lakestar Properties purchased Mobile Festival Centre, a 381k SF power center in Alabama from Kimco. The price was undisclosed. The center is anchored by Academy Sports, Bed Bath & Beyond and HH Gregg. HFFs Richard Reid and Jim Hamilton brokered the sale.
Lee & Associates John DeCouto and Yancey Stribling brokered the sale of 5591 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd in Dunwoody Village. JAT Partners purchased the office building for $1.4M.
MANAGEMENT
Lincoln Property has been awarded leasing and property management for 1165 Northchase Parkway, a 90k SF Marietta office building in the Cumberland/Galleria submarket. The building was purchased recently by Dallas-based JP Partners and is part of the Northchase Office Park. Lincolns Hunter Henritze and Jeff Henson will handle the leasing.
PEOPLE
Transwestern has tapped H. Edward Hales III (right) to partner with Mike Kotzin for its tenant advisory services group. Edward will focus on law firm clients. He comes over from Workman & Co.

Coca-Colas Dee Raya (and IFMAs chair for the scholarship committee) presented a $10,000 check to Georgia Techs Dr. Kathy Roper (with the School of Building Construction) for the schools facilities management degree program.
